Acceptance

By using uppr, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The service

uppr is a hypertrophy training app that provides workout logging, exercise suggestions, and progression tracking. It is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share accounts.

Subscriptions

uppr offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings.

Your content

You own your workout data. We don't claim any rights to it. You can export or delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service. Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload it. Don't use it for anything illegal.

Disclaimer

uppr provides exercise suggestions and weight recommendations based on algorithms. Always use proper form and listen to your body. We are not liable for injuries resulting from exercise performed using the app's suggestions. Consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise programme.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uppr's liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
