What we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (for authentication)
• Name (optional, for display)
• Body weight and biological sex (optional, for strength standards)
• Workout data you log (exercises, sets, reps, weights)
• Equipment profiles you create
• Exercise preferences and notes

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to power the app's features:

• Generating weight and rep suggestions based on your history
• Tracking your progress and strength trends
• Personalising exercise selection for your equipment
• Producing coach reports from your training data

We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal data. We do not run ads.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Fly.io in the London (LHR) region. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database backups are encrypted and retained for disaster recovery.

Third-party services

• Fly.io — hosting infrastructure
• RevenueCat — subscription management (processes purchase receipts, not payment details)
• Google / Apple Sign-In — authentication (if you choose social login)

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising SDKs, or share data with data brokers.

Your rights

You can:

• Export all your data at any time (Settings → Import & Export)
• Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete my account)
• Update or correct your profile information at any time

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Children

uppr is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app.
